UK DELIVERY

£4.95 · 1–3 business days from dispatch

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

£25 · 7–10 working days from dispatch

Standard delivery. The charge includes postage and packaging and is shown at checkout before you pay. E-vouchers and workshop bookings have no delivery charge.

Need your order sooner?

Dispatch and delivery times depend on the products, courier and destination. Your order tracking is added after dispatch.

International delivery

International standard delivery is currently £25, shown at checkout before payment. Allow 7–10 working days from dispatch; customs processing may cause delays. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility. Contact us for destination-specific arrangements.

Refills & tracking

Refill shipping has separate charges and format restrictions: see Refill Service. Tracking may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to appear. For a delivery concern, contact Customer Service.
