Body butter is excluded from the refill service for hygiene reasons. All other MSA products are refillable, subject to the delivery restrictions below.

01 / YOUR REFILL

25% off.

Your refill costs 75% of the original product price. Bring your original MSA packaging into store, or contact us to arrange an online refill.

For example: an £80 product costs £60 to refill, before shipping.

02 / UNITED KINGDOM

£4.95 shipping.

UK online refill orders have a separate £4.95 standard delivery charge, including postage and packaging. Your 25% refill discount applies to the product, with delivery added afterwards.

An £80 product: £60 refill + £4.95 shipping = £64.95.

03 / INTERNATIONAL

£25 shipping.

International refills are available for 30 ml and 50 ml fragrance sprays and larger product formats. The 2.5 ml and 10 ml sizes are excluded from international refill orders.

International shipping is £25, added to your discounted refill price. Our team will confirm the product and destination before arranging delivery.

How to arrange your refill.

  1. Sign in or create your MSA account. Your refill request must be associated with your account and fragrance passport before you post your bottles.
  2. Tell us which MSA fragrance or product you would like refilled, its size and your delivery destination.
  3. Our team will confirm your refill request, price and availability. Clean the outside of your bottles thoroughly for hygiene purposes before sending them to our Brixton store.
  4. Receive your refill, with your 25% product discount and shipping shown separately.

Why is international delivery different?

Fragrance liquids need careful packaging and carrier approval. Where a product is classified as dangerous goods, transport packaging and labelling rules also apply.

The current £25 international delivery charge includes postage and packaging. It is separate from the refill price.

Please arrange your refill with our team before posting. Include your name and the email address registered to your MSA account so we can identify your bottles and link them to your refill request.

Clean bottles, ready to refill.

Clean the outside of every bottle before sending it. Bottles that arrive dirty or unhygienic may be rejected for refilling.

If there is a hygiene issue, we will photograph the condition and contact you through your account or using your registered email address or contact number. A new replacement bottle may carry an additional charge.

Our team will explain the issue and any replacement cost before proceeding.
