Delivery charges

UK standard delivery is £4.95. International delivery is currently £25. The delivery charge includes postage and packaging and is shown before payment. Delivery estimates are 1–3 business days within the UK and 7–10 working days internationally, from dispatch.

E-vouchers and workshop bookings have no delivery charge. Online refills have delivery added separately. For destination and refill format details, see Delivery & Shipping.

Where is my order?

Check your confirmation and dispatch emails, including junk mail. Tracking can take 24 hours after dispatch to update. If confirmation has not arrived within 24 hours, or there is no dispatch email after three working days, contact MSA with your order details.

Can I return a fragrance?

See Returns & Refunds for eligibility, timings and personalised-product exclusions. Contact us before posting a return.

Can I refill my bottle?

Yes, eligible original MSA packaging can be refilled. Please arrange this first; charges and format restrictions are explained on our Refill Service page.

Can I create my own scent?

Explore a 90-minute fragrance workshop, Signature for Two, or combine your favourites in Fusion Lab.

Are the Perfumer’s Kit and collections available now?

The MSA Perfumer’s Kit and ingredient collections are offered as pre-orders. Review the product’s ordering information and contact MSA about fulfilment.

Where can I visit or send a refill?

Use Our Scent Bars & Addresses. Locations marked Coming Soon are not receiving locations. Arrange any postal refill with the team before sending it.

How do I find my signature fragrance?

Start with the notes, moods and occasions you enjoy. Use the Find My Scent Quiz to explore your preferences, then compare fragrances in the library and try a sample before choosing a larger bottle.

What is the difference between Niche, Fusion and Private Collection?

Niche Fragrances brings together MSA fragrances sharing olfactory notes with familiar fragrance references. Fusion Lab lets you explore combinations. The Private Collection contains MSA original creations.

Where can I create my own fragrance in London?

Explore MSA’s guided 90-minute fragrance workshop, where you work with a scent designer to explore notes, blend and bottle a personal creation. See the experience page for enquiry and location details. The guided Create Your Own online studio is in development.

Can I combine a fragrance with an ingredient?

In Fusion Lab, you can explore a fragrance and an ingredient as part of a blend brief. Adjust the balance and review the selected format and pricing. The flagship checkout is currently a demonstration.

Where do fragrance ingredients come from?

Explore Origins of ingredient scents for documented geographic associations, and follow the links to ingredient profiles. Botanical origins and growing regions describe a material’s story; they do not identify MSA’s current suppliers or prove the source of an individual product.
