Using this website

Use the website for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the service, copy content for commercial use without permission or submit content that infringes another person’s rights. MSA may moderate customer-submitted content.

Purchases & service arrangements

Review the product, price and fulfilment information before ordering. Personalised creations, pre-orders, workshops and quoted services have their own arrangements. See Returns & Refunds and Delivery & Shipping for the published purchase guidance.

Delivery charges

UK standard delivery is £4.95. International delivery is currently £25. The delivery charge includes postage and packaging and is shown before payment. Delivery estimates are 1–3 business days within the UK and 7–10 working days internationally, from dispatch.

E-vouchers and workshop bookings have no delivery charge. Online refills have delivery added separately. For destination and refill format details, see Delivery & Shipping.

Your rights & complaints

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. For complaints or questions, email info@mysignaturearoma.com. The published terms specify English-language contracts and the law of England and Wales.
