Information you share

MSA’s published policy covers contact and delivery details, account information, purchases, preferences and information you submit. These are used to fulfil requests, support orders and accounts, and send marketing when you opt in. Service providers may help with hosting, payment and fulfilment; MSA’s published policy says mailing lists are not sold or rented.

Newsletter & fragrance quiz on this website

Newsletter sign-up stores your email, consent and subscription status. The quiz may also store your optional name, fragrance choices and recommendations. These records are retained for up to 24 months, with expired records removed when the database is next used. Sign-up captures your consent; it does not automatically send a welcome email.

Your Fragrance Passport

Your Passport stores the profile, shelves, wishlist, creations, orders and Academy progress you choose to save on this website. Profiles are private by default. You can choose to show your profile, shelves and wishlist; each creation has its own sharing control. Shared creations show names and notes, with exact percentages kept private.

In your Passport, open Profile & privacy to download your linked records or remove your uploaded photo. The download contains private formulations and contact details: keep it private. It does not include records from our existing shop, newsletter, workshop enquiries or vouchers. Contact MSA for other records or an account deletion request.

Use the preference link supplied after a new sign-up to unsubscribe from this website’s mailing list. To ask about access, corrections, deletion or subscriptions made through our existing shop, contact info@mysignaturearoma.com.
